Chamber Announces More Free Events For Members
Clonmel Chamber has announced a range of free events between October and December for members. The events range from training seminars to evening networking meetings. The focus, they say, remains on providing companies with opportunities to develop their business.
“Throughout the year we have sought to deliver value for our members. These events bring to over twenty five the number of free events that we will have staged in 2011 for Chamber members. There are Chambers elsewhere in Ireland that do not offer any free events to members whereas it is our aim to offer as many as possible” said Chamber CEO Brian Cleary.
Upcoming events include a one day workshop on marketing for 2012, a training session on how SME’s can pitch for public sector contracts and an event where members can meet the buyers from the larger companies in the area to discuss how they can supply in to the multinationals.
Clonmel Chamber will also host a free speed networking event for members and non-members on Thursday evening, November 10th, as part of Chamber Week, a national initiative to bring companies together to create opportunities and jobs. The Chamber Week concept was devised by Clonmel Chamber CEO Brian Cleary.
“It is no secret that developing business relationships is a key factor in business success and we hope that these events will assist members and guests in increasing revenue for their companies and creating jobs locally” added Cleary.
