Clonmel Chamber are encouraging people to come to the town this weekend wearing their county colours. Tipperary take on Kilkenny on Sunday for the third time in as many years in what promises to be a closely fought contest. We are urging shoppers to get behind the Premier county this Saturday by wearing the blue and gold in town.
As part of 'Wear The County Colours Day' we are delighted to announce that Clonmel Borough Council are waiving fees on all town centre car parks for the day. That means that you can park for free in the following car parks on Saturday:
Mary Street
Gordon Place
Sarsfield Street/The Quay
Gashouse Bridge
Abbey Street / Friary Car Park
That means that over 1000 free car parking spaces will be available on the day. We would like to thank Clonmel Borough Council for their support with the initiative.
Tipp FM will be broadcasting from O'Connell Street from 2 to 5pm with lots of music and fun.
We hope to see you on Saturday!!
