Christmas Wish From Chamber President

Article Added: 2010/12/02

(Clonmel Chamber President, Tina Mulhearne (HR Direct))

To the town and the businesses of Clonmel, I would like to wish you all a happy and peaceful Christmas and a successful 2011 that is full of opportunity.

We have all come through a very tough year and I would like to personally thank all our members for their continued support throughout 2010. During the year we have concentrated on improving the business environment for our members by offering improved networking opportunities, events that build our profile as a town that is innovative and open for business in order to attract new customers and business to our town.

The New Year brings the hope of new beginnings and a better year for all.  This is a time to think of friends and neighbours and I would hope that this will be reflected in where we shop for Christmas. I ask everyone to think of Irish products and more importantly to keep shopping local this year. This supports our town and the jobs of friends and neighbours and we can all make an individual difference by making a conscious choice to support local business.

If your Christmas Wish is to start a new business in 2011 then please check out our National Enterprise Competition on www.clonmelchamber.com which could make this wish come true.
