Mayor Launches Chamber Style Festival
The Mayor of Clonmel, Cllr. Siobhan Ambrose last night officially launched the 2010 Style Clonmel festival.
The event at The Narrow Space Gallery, Mitchell Street, Clonmel was attended by a large number of the businesses participating in the event. The launch coincided with the opening of the ‘Focus on Fashion’ exhibition by renowned fashion photographer Miki Barlok.
Speaking at the event the Mayor stressed the relevance of the Style Clonmel festival to the town and also its importance from an economic perspective.
President of Clonmel Chamber, Tina Mulhearne, welcomed the guests and thanked the large voluntary team who had already dedicated significant amounts of time and personal resources in to making the event a success.
