Doing Business in China

Clonmel Park Hotel

6.15pm

September 12th 2012

Clonmel Chamber turns to China for the latest in its ‘Doing Business In…’ series to be held in the Clonmel Park Hotel on September 12th at 6.15pm.

‘Doing Business in China’ aims to demystify the steps that Clonmel companies will have to take to enter the largest market in the world.  On the night the Chamber will welcome representatives from the Chinese embassy and Enterprise Ireland market specialists. “China is the world’s most populous market.  Some businesses try to approach it as one large market when in fact the experts believe that it is a mosaic of cultures” said Chamber CEO Brian Cleary.  “An event such as this will provide valuable insights for local companies who want to export to the country or import goods into Ireland” he added.

This is the third event in the ‘Doing Business In…’ series following on from similar seminars relating to Brazil and Canada. Chamber member companies secured contracts on foot of both previous events and the organisation is hoping that the Chinese themed event will be no different.  “We have already facilitated a successful introduction for one Clonmel company and we are hoping that we will be able to create many more at the event in September” said the Chamber CEO.

The event will be held at the Clonmel Park Hotel and booking is essential.
