Southern Tipperary Skillnet has delivered over 160 training related events over the past two years to 927 trainees.
Skillnet networks focus on the essential skills required by local businesses to ensure competitiveness and deliver high quality, relevant training requested by them. To guarantee that the funded training delivered is beneficial to you and your staff we encourage you to identify your training needs and talk to the Network Manager.

If you are currently unemployed and fit the Skillnets definition of a job seeker(see link below), you may be eligible to attend training that is offered through the network with no charge or impact on your social welfare payments or benefits.
Through training with a Skillnet network, you will be able to access training that is directly relevant to industry needs but there is an added advantage of networking opportunities with companies and their employees.

Currently Southern Tipperary is seeking to asses the training needs of companies in Southern Tipperary. To ensure we get the best results we would like to invite companies to take part in a survey designed to anaylise the training needs of companies in the surrounding area. Healthcheck Presentation - Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE) offers an educational service for company directors on their roles and responsibilities to include books of accounts, registered office, directors, audits etc -Thursday September 30, Clonmel Park Hotel, 8.00am - 9.30am - free event
